Times of difficulty: Periods of trouble, persecution, and moral decay; challenging times for believers where faith and godliness are tested.
Lover of self: Self-centered, focused on personal desires and interests above others or God.
Lover of money: Greedy or materialistic, valuing wealth above God or moral principles.
Proud: Having an inflated sense of self-importance; arrogant in attitude.
Arrogant: Overbearing and dismissive of others; thinking oneself superior.
Abusive: Harsh, cruel, or violent toward others, either physically, emotionally, or verbally.
Disobedient to parents: Failing to respect or honor parental authority or guidance.
Ungrateful: Failing to show thanks or appreciation to God or others.
Unholy: Living without reverence for God; morally corrupt or impure.
Heartless: Lacking compassion, empathy, or concern for others.
Unappeasable: Never satisfied, easily angered, and unwilling to forgive or be reconciled.
Slanderous: Speaking falsely about others, spreading harmful or damaging words.
Without self-control: Impulsive or unable to restrain desires, emotions, or actions.
Brutal: Cruel, violent, or harsh in behavior toward others.
Not loving good: Rejecting what is right or virtuous; indifferent to moral truth.
Treacherous: Deceitful or betraying others; untrustworthy.
Reckless: Acting without concern for consequences; irresponsible or careless.
Swollen with conceit: Overly proud, arrogant, and filled with self-importance.
Lover of pleasure rather than a lover of God: Seeking enjoyment, entertainment, or self-gratification more than seeking God or spiritual growth.
Having the appearance of godliness but denying its power: Outwardly seeming religious or moral, but lacking true obedience and transformation by God’s Word.
Avoid such people: Believers should not be influenced or drawn into these behaviors, because they are spiritually dangerous and can harm faith, witness, and moral stability.
