Let Us Pray For The UN-Persecuted

Lets us pray for the unpersecuted...

“Father,

we lift up before You today the congregations and believers who are not suffering for Your name. Lord, we see the fear that grips their hearts, the hesitation to speak truth, and the silence in the face of sin. Forgive them, Father, for the ways they have grown comfortable in the world, for diluting Your Word into half-gospels and social platitudes, for preaching only love while ignoring righteousness and justice. Convict their hearts to stand boldly, to proclaim Your whole counsel, to call out sin with courage, and to uphold Your holiness above the praise or displeasure of men. Turn them from compromise, O Lord, and awaken a hunger for truth and courage in Your people. Let them remember that Your Word is sharper than any two-edged sword, that it pierces, corrects, and saves. Purify Your ekklesia, Father, so that they may not be ashamed, so that their lips will speak boldly, and their lives will reflect the fearless obedience of those who follow Messiah without compromise. In the name of Jesus Christ, who endured persecution and proclaimed Your truth perfectly, we pray. Amen.”
