“Rise Up: Defend God, Family, and Nation in the Last Days”
I’m not here today to tickle your ears.
I’m not here to make you comfortable.
I’m here to speak the truth.
The truth is hard.
The truth is urgent.
The truth is necessary.
Our nation is under attack.
And God’s people are being called to rise.
[Pause 3 seconds]
Look around you.
Violence.
Murder.
Lawlessness.
Godlessness.
It is in our homes.
It is in our schools.
It is in our workplaces.
It is in our churches.
And it comes from one ideology:
Liberalism.
A godless, anti-God, anti-life, anti-family ideology.
The Rotten Roots of Liberalism
Brethren, hear me clearly.
Liberalism did not start as a force for good.
It began with rebellion against God.
It began with those who fought to enslave men.
It began with those who fought to segregate races.
It is a lie to claim a party “switched.”
The labels changed, but the ideology did not.
The spirit of slavery.
The spirit of segregation.
The spirit of lawlessness continues today.
John Adams warned:
"Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."
Remove God.
Remove morality.
And lawlessness fills the void.
Liberalism as Domestic Terrorism
The radicals of the 1960s are not distant history.
They bombed courthouses.
They attacked police.
They rioted in the streets.
They murdered in the name of rebellion.
They called it freedom.
But it was bondage to sin.
It was anarchy disguised as liberty.
And today, their spiritual children continue this rebellion.
Massacres in schools.
Assassinations of truth-tellers.
Murder on subways.
Terror on streets.
They call it “progress.”
They call it “liberty.”
But it is chaos.
Thomas Jefferson warned:
"The natural progress of things is for liberty to yield and government to gain ground."
Every time liberty yields, terror gains ground.
The Godless Culture They Built
Liberalism mocks God.
It glorifies sin.
It promotes abortion as “choice,” killing the most innocent.
It promotes sexual immorality.
It promotes homosexuality.
Homosexual men account for over half of all people living with HIV in the U.S.—nearly 600,000 (aidsvu.org).
It promotes atheism and antitheism.
Antitheists do more than reject God—they actively oppose God, His Word, and His people.
Psalm 14:1 declares:
“The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God. They are corrupt, they have done abominable works, there is none that doeth good.”
This is liberalism in action.
This is America today.
Modern Tragedies
Charlotte, North Carolina: Iryna Zarutska, a refugee, murdered on a subway.
Utah: Charlie Kirk, assassinated for standing for truth.
Minnesota: Two children killed in a church.
Sanctuaries violated.
Innocence stolen.
And apathy?
Apathy allows evil to thrive.

Apathy is sin.
Apathy is moral cancer in the last days.
It is the silence of the righteous.
It is the cowardice of those who think evil will bypass them.
It is the reason evil multiplies.
Patrick Henry said:
"It is when people forget God that tyrants forge their chains."
Every mass shooting.
Every murder.
Every lawless act in our nation is fueled by apathy.
The Apostolic Warnings
Paul wrote in 2 Timothy 3:1–5:
“In the last days perilous times shall come…
Lovers of their own selves, covetous, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy…
Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof.”
Peter warned in 2 Peter 3:3:
“Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts.”
This is liberalism.
Self-centered.
Proud.
Mocking God.
Celebrating sin.
Protecting Your Churches
We cannot only preach.
We must also protect.
Our churches are under attack.
We must secure our sanctuaries.
Install alarms.
Install cameras.
Patrol our properties.
Arm ourselves responsibly.
Train volunteers in defense.
Psalm 82:3:
"Defend the poor and fatherless: do justice to the afflicted and needy."
Our children.
Our families.
Our congregations.
Vulnerable.
We cannot give liberal culture an opportunity.
The Call to Arms
The time for passive faith is over.
We must rise.
We must train.
We must patrol.
We must prepare.
We must educate our children.
We must defend truth.
We must fight liberalism spiritually and physically.
The Second Amendment is not optional.
It is God-given.
Samuel Adams said:
"The Constitution shall never be construed to prevent the people of the United States who are peaceable citizens from keeping their own arms."
We must teach courage.
We must teach vigilance.
We must teach responsibility.
We must stand—offensively—not just defensively.
We must patrol at night.
We must train during the day.
We must teach our neighbors.
We must hold each other accountable.
We must not rest until evil knows it cannot invade our homes, our families, or our sanctuaries.

Speak the truth boldly!

If we will not rise, who will?

Judges 2:17—Israel’s failure to confront evil brought cycles of destruction.

Isaiah 1—God calls out apathy:
"Your hands are full of blood; wash yourselves, make yourselves clean; put away the evil of your doings from before my eyes; cease to do evil."
Liberalism is that evil.
Apathy allows it to flourish.
Conclusion – Fiery Call
Liberalism is godless.
It is murderous.
It mocks God.
It celebrates sin.
It destroys life.
It is the spirit Paul and Peter warned us about.
But we are not powerless.
We can stand.
We can speak.
We can fight—with faith, courage, and conviction.
Rise, brethren!
Rise!
Return to God!
Stand firm!
Defend your families!
Defend your faith!
Defend your churches!
Defend your nation!
Rise against liberalism.
Shine the light of Christ.
Take your stand in these dark last days.
